To ensure pricing shows on your Documents for your Spaces, you need to ensure a few things have been set up correctly
1. Assign a Space Rental Revenue Category.
On the left-hand side click Settings
Under Organization, Click Preferences
Scroll to Space
Click Edit
Select the correct Revenue Category for your Space Rental
Save
This setting exists because Revenue Categories are dynamic and can be changed, so it's important that Space Rental Revenue always goes to the correct one.
2. Menu Items are associated with the correct Revenue Category
On the left-hand side click Settings
Under Organization, Click Menus
Go to the relevant Menu that holes your Space Menu Items
Looking at the example below, most of my Menu Items have the correct category of "Room Rental" however, one has mistakenly been saved with 'Miscellaneous' so it will not appear. This item will need to be edited & the correct Revenue Category selected.
3. Show the Space Price field in your Document
If the above is all correct, the final reason could be that you do not have Space Price selected in the Events/Spaces element:
