How Do I Attach Files to an Email in my Workflow?

Learn how attachments are handled in Workflow emails. Files must be added to the Email Template first, then they will automatically be included when the template is used in a scheduled Workflow step.

When you use an Email Template as a step in a Workflow, the email will automatically be sent to the customer at the scheduled time, including any attachments added to the template.

How it works:

To include attachments in your Workflow emails, you must first add them to the Email Template itself.

For example, if an email template has a .jpg file attached, that same file will be included when the template is used in a Workflow step.
