How do I Change an Event Date or Time?

Change event date/time individually—batch updates don’t support it. Use batch creation to set correct times for multiple events.

  1. Open the booking that contains the event.

  2. Scroll to the “Event” section.

  3. Click the event name you want to edit — this will open the event details panel.

  4. In the event editor:

    • **Start Date *** – click the calendar icon and choose a new date.

    • **Start Time *** – click the clock icon and select a new start time.

    • **End Date *** – update if it changes.

    • **End Time *** – select the new end time.

  5. After making changes, click Save at the bottom of the panel.

Important Notes

  • Batch updates for date/time are not available. Batch Actions only support updating Name, Status, and Attendee counts.

  • If a Booking date has All Day checked, this will apply automatically to corresponding events.

  • If a Booking date has All Day unchecked, it will remain unchecked for corresponding events.

  • Event Date & Time can be merged into documents using text boxes or the Events/Spaces document element.

Tip: Use Batch creation during booking setup to set correct times on multiple events when creating them.
