How Do I Change an Event Status?

Learn how to update Event Temple event statuses individually or in batches. For changes affecting all events in a booking, update the Booking Status to apply changes at once.

Update a Single Event:

  1. From the Booking Summary, click the event you want to update

  2. Select the Status from the dropdown

  3. Click Save

Batch Update Multiple Events:

  1. Use the checkboxes to select the events you want to update

  2. Click Batch Actions β†’ Update β†’ Status

  3. Select the new status and click Apply


Additional Information:

If you need to change the status of the entire Booking, update the Booking Status. This will prompt you to update all associated events at once.
