Steps to Disable an Intake Form
Go to Settings → Tools → Intake Forms.
Select the form you want to disable (for example, Wedding Intake Form).
At the top right of the form editor, locate the Active toggle (green when enabled).
Click the toggle to turn it off.
When disabled, the toggle will no longer be green.
The form status changes from Active to Inactive.
Click Save if needed.
⚠️ What Happens When You Disable a Form
The form link stops accepting new submissions.
Existing submissions remain visible in the related Leads or Bookings.
You can re-enable the form anytime by turning the toggle back on.
