Procedure:
We may need to see the raw data behind an email (i.e. formatting, code, etc) if this is the case, we will ask you to follow these simple steps to extract the data we need.
Open Gmail in your web browser
Open the email you wish to see the original version of (This can be from your inbox, sent folder, etc)
Click on three vertical dots at the top-right hand side of the message
Select Show Original from the dropdown
If we have requested to see a copy of the file, follow the next steps.
Click Copy to Clipboard button on right side, under the subject heading
Paste the text that copied into your reply to Event Temple, or in a file to share with us.
