Create/Access a Document or Document Template using one or all of the following elements:
​Events/Spaces
Menu Items
Room Block

Double-click/Edit on one of those Elements in your Document

Scroll to Display Options in the pop-up

Find the component that you wish to label in a new language

Check the checkbox under "Show" (that way it will appear on a Document)

Add text under the Optional Label column (this is the language that will appear on the Document)

Select Apply

Before exiting, ensure you select Save on the Document

Click on Settings

Click on Organization

Click on Other Settings

Enter your preferred wording

Click Save
