Answer:

  1. In Settings, click on Templates & Files

  2. Select Email Templates

  3. Click the New Template button

  4. Fill in Title, Description and Default Subject

  5. Create the body of the email

  6. Add any attachments, or link any uploaded files

  7. Click Save when complete
