Setting Up Proposal Reminder Emails

Configure automatic reminder emails for proposal contacts before or after a proposal due date. Set up to 3 reminders using customizable timing options.

You can configure automatic reminder emails for proposals directly within your organization settings.


How to Enable Proposal Reminders

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Organization

  3. Open General Settings

  4. Scroll to Customer Notifications

  5. Click the Edit pencil icon

  6. Toggle on Proposal Reminders to begin sending automated reminder emails to proposal contacts.

These reminders are sent for:

  • Unaccepted proposals

  • Upcoming proposal due dates

You can configure up to 3 reminder emails per proposal.


Available Reminder Timing Options

Choose from the following reminder schedules:

  • 1 day after sent

  • 2 days after sent

  • 7 days after sent

  • 2 days before due

  • 7 days before due

Once enabled, reminders will automatically send to the proposal contact based on your selected timing preferences.
