How Do I Change the Language of My Account?

Event Temple allows you to customize the language and regional settings for your organization. These settings control the language displayed throughout your account, as well as date, time, and currency formats.

To Change the Language of Your Account

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → General Settings.

  2. In the Language & Region section, click Edit.

  3. Under Language, select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.

    • For example: English (Canada), Deutsch, etc.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Your account will immediately display the selected language and regional settings.


Additional Regional Settings

While you’re in this section, you can also update:

  • Date & Time Format (e.g., 12-hour or 24-hour clock)

  • Currency

  • Time Zone

  • Secondary Language (for bilingual organizations)

These settings ensure that your documents, invoices, and reports display information in the correct regional format.


Notes

  • Changes apply organization-wide, meaning all users will see the updated language.

  • Email templates, document templates, and other custom text fields will not be automatically translated.

  • To offer content in multiple languages, you can set up translations under Settings → Organization → Translations.


In summary:
Go to Settings → General Settings → Language & Region → Edit to update your account’s language and regional preferences.
