Subscription Status
At the top of the page, you’ll find the Subscription Status, which indicates your current plan level. In this example, the status is marked as Free, meaning the account is using the free version of Event Temple. Paid plans unlock additional functionality and integrations.
Available Features
Below the status section, the Available Features list outlines all tools and modules included (or available for upgrade) in your subscription. Each feature includes a short description of what it does.
Here are some key features commonly displayed:
Groups & Room Blocks – Allows you to add group bookings and manage room blocks efficiently.
Workflows – Enables automation of tasks and emails based on chosen criteria, helping streamline communication and follow-up processes.
Calendar Sync – Lets you connect Event Temple with third-party calendars like Google or Outlook to keep schedules aligned.
Property Management System (PMS) – Integrates Event Temple with your property management software. Locked features like this may require an upgraded plan, indicated by a lock icon.
Volume Contracts – Allows you to manage recurring or high-volume agreements with accounts.
Packages – Lets you build and apply service or pricing packages directly to bookings.
Each feature has a visual indicator:
A green checkmark (✔) means it’s enabled and ready to use.
A lock icon (🔒) indicates the feature is unavailable under your current plan, with an option to Request Access or upgrade.
