If you need to share email headers for troubleshooting, you can locate the Message ID in Apple Mail, Outlook, or Gmail using the steps below.
Apple Mail
Open the email.
Click View > Message > All Headers.
Take a screenshot or copy the information.
To revert to normal headers, select View > Message > Default Headers.
Outlook
Browser:
Open the email, click the three dots β View β View message source.
Copy everything and paste it into your support email.
Desktop Outlook (Windows):
Double-click the email to open it.
Go to File > Properties.
Copy all text in Internet Headers and send to support.
Desktop Outlook (Mac):
Right-click the email in your list β View Source.
Copy all text and send to support.
Gmail
Open the email and click the three dots on the top right.
Select Show Original.
Click Copy to clipboard.
Paste the information into your support email.
