Moving a Booking to Another Organization

Step 1: Initiate the Move

  • Open the booking you would like to move, click on Actions

  • Select the 'Move' option.

  • Choose the hotel associated with the booking.

  • Identify the user responsible for the move.

  • Determine the pipeline stage for the booking.

Step 2: Review Taxes and Fees

  • Check the taxes and fees associated with the booking.

Step 3: Verify Booking Status

  • Ensure that the booking has no packages, invoices, workflows, or other entities linked to it to prevent errors.

Step 4: Understand Booking ID Reset

  • Be aware that the booking's ID will be reset during the move.

Step 5: Clear Event Spaces

  • Clear each event space linked to the booking.

  • Select a new event space after the move.

Step 6: Confirm the Move

  • Verify that the booking has been successfully moved from one organization to another.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure all linked entities are cleared before initiating the move to avoid complications.

  • Double-check that the new event space is selected after the move to maintain booking integrity.
