Will items I add only to my Invoice and not the Booking show up on Reports?

Menu Items that are added to an Invoice (either existing items or items created on the fly) will not be available in any Reports that pull their items from Bookings and Events, such as:

  • Menu Item List (Booking & Event)

  • Catering Pace

  • Booking Financials Report

To see Revenue and Menu Items created on Invoices you will need to use the follow Reports:

  • Menu Item List (Invoice)

  • Invoice List

Additionally, Menu Items that only exist on Invoices will not show in the Revenue Summary of your Booking Summary. This summary pulls from the Menu Items that exist on the Booking in the Menu Items tab.
