Answer:
To sort your Menu Items in your Settings:
Go to Settings
Go to Menus
Select a Menu
Click on the Sub Menu Filter
Click on the dropdown and select a Sub Menu from the list
Click apply
Use the Menu icon (3 lines) to drag and re-order your items
If you do not have Sub Menus, please select the Sub Menu Filter "No Sub Menu".
