Whether or not a digital signature is legally binding depends on your jurisdiction. That said, Event Temple includes several measures to help support legal enforceability:
✅ What We Do:
Lock the Document/Invoice after both parties have signed, preventing further edits
Track the signer's IP address, which can be retrieved upon request in legal matters
Save a PDF snapshot of the signed version at the time of signature
Email a copy of the signed Document/Invoice to both parties for records
🚫 What We Don’t Currently Offer:
A detailed audit log of changes made to the document before signature
This may be included in a future Activity Tracking feature currently under consideration.
