Each Booking and Event is assigned a unique Booking Number (BK-xxxxx) and Event Number (EV-xxxxx). These identifiers assist both Event Temple users and our team in easily locating specific Bookings and Events, particularly when dealing with similar names.
By entering the Booking Number into the search bar, either on the Booking Pipeline or at the top-right of your Event Temple screen, you can quickly find the associated Booking. Likewise, you can locate Events by entering the Event Number in your Events List view or in the search bar at the top-right of your Event Temple screen.
These unique identifiers are also useful for exporting data from Event Temple.
