Once integrated to Stripe all Invoices are set to accept Stripe Payments by default. If you would like to turn Stripe payments off for a specific invoice, you absolutely can! To turn Stripe payment off for an invoice:
Navigate to the Invoice that you would like to modify.
In the Options Settings to the right of the Invoice, de-select the checkbox for Allow online payment using Stripe
