Procedure:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Organization

  3. Click Pipelines

  4. Choose the Pipeline you want to update

  5. Click on the Pipeline Stage you want to Delete

  6. Click Delete Stage

  7. Assign a New stage for any existing Bookings

  8. Click Delete

Additional Information

Only system admins can delete Pipeline Stages

This action cannot be undone, however, if you accidentally delete a Pipeline Stage, you can re-add it. You will then need to manually move the relevant Bookings back into the Pipeline Stage

When deleting a Pipeline or Pipeline Stage, any Bookings associated will need to be re-assigned to another Pipeline stage. A pop-up will appear and will need to be completed before any deletion taking place.
