Steps
Open the Document
Go to your Booking.
Click the Documents tab.
Open the document you’d like to reuse (for example, Group Resume or Banquet Event Order).
Click the “Actions” Button
In the top-right corner of the document, click the Actions dropdown menu.
Select “Save as Template”
Choose Save as Template from the list.
A popup will appear asking you to confirm the template name.
Name Your Template
Enter a clear name (for example: Group Resume Template or Corporate BEO).
Click Save to confirm.
Use Your Template in Future Bookings
When creating a new document, click New Document in any booking.
Select your saved template from the list to apply the same layout and settings.
Notes
All layout, styling, and merge fields will carry over to the new template.
Templates are shared across your organization—other users can use them too.
Changes made to a document after saving it as a template will not update the template automatically (you’d need to re-save it if needed).
