Environment:

Event Temple Web App

Answer:

Once you share an Invoice, the status will automatically update to 'sent':

You can also view this in your Invoice List if necessary, using the 'Status' column

Additional Information

If you have shared the Invoice with the guest outside of Event Temple, it can be 'marked as sent' manually. From within the Invoice:

  1. Click Preview

  2. Click Mark as Sent

  3. Click Close
