To help our team resolve your inquiry as quickly as possible, please include the following context when reaching out:

Show Us: Visuals are Key

  • Full-Size Screenshots: Please share a full screenshot that includes your URL/browser address bar and the Booking ID. This helps us identify exactly where you are in the system and which record you are viewing.

  • Screen Recordings: If the issue involves a specific behavior or workflow, a video is often best. We recommend Loom —it’s a free tool that lets you record your screen and instantly share a link with us.

Tell Us: The "What" and the "How"

Briefly explain:

  • The Steps: What did you click to get here?

  • The Goal: What were you trying to achieve?

  • The Outcome: What actually happened? (e.g., an error message appeared or a button was missing).
