Steps to Update a Contact’s Associated Account
Go to the Contacts page
Navigate to Contacts from the left-side menu.
Select the contact you want to edit
Click on the contact’s name to open their profile.
Locate the “Account” section
Scroll to the Account field (usually below the contact’s email and phone number).
Edit the associated account
Click the Account name button to open a dropdown list.
Choose the new account you want to associate the contact with.
If the correct account doesn’t exist, create a new one by selecting “New Account” (if available).
Save your changes
Click Save (top-right corner) to confirm the update.
✅ Result
The contact will now be linked to the new account. This change will reflect on both the Contact and Account pages.
