Contact List Report

The Contact List shows all Contacts (such as guests, Account contacts) that have been added to Event Temple.

From the Contact list, the data can be customized with filters & columns. Depending on what fields you utilize in Event Temple, this report may be used for gathering information on birthdays, anniversary, guest location and more.


How to use the Contact List Report

  1. Click on Report in the side navigation

  2. Click the Contact List report

  3. Select reporting Filters

  4. Select additional Columns

  5. Export As CSV, HTML or PDF


Important Considerations

The report can archive contacts who are no longer with an organization or business. The contacts will remain in the system for historical purposes. Filters are available to create a report to display archive contacts only.
