Procedure:
It's possible to highlight Text Box Elements on Document Templates as a reminder to enter certain information before sending it off to a guest. The Document can then be edited prior to sending it if needed.
Click Templates on the Menu
Click Documents
Select the Document Template
Locate the Text Element to highlight
Double-click or select the edit button over the element
Select the text to highlight
click on the Color Icon
Click Background
Select the Color
Click Apply
Save the Template
