How to Log a Manual Deposit from a Client

Post a manual deposit from a Client on a Booking, Event or Invoice. Record payment type, mark as deposit, and attach it as needed for accurate tracking.

Updated today

From a Booking:

  1. Access the Booking

  2. Select the Payments sub-tab

  3. Click + New Payment

  4. Fill in the payment details

  5. Check This payment is a deposit

  6. Attach to an Invoice or Event if desired

  7. Click Create


From an Invoice:

  1. Access the Invoice

  2. Scroll to Payments section

  3. Click Add Payment
    ​

  4. Fill in payment details

  5. Check This payment is a deposit

  6. Attach to an Event if desired

  7. Click Save
