Answer:

It is possible to add multiple Contacts to a Booking. A Booking can have at least 35 Contacts, but keep in mind that only Primary Contact details pull through on Documents, Invoices, or Reports.

To add an additional Contact:

After the Booking has been created, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Booking you wish to add a second contact to

  2. Scroll down to Contacts section on the left-hand side of the Booking Summary page

  3. Select Add Existing Contact or Create New Contact

  4. Follow the steps to add or create a Contact

  5. Once complete, select Set Primary next to the name you wish to set as the primary contact. This is the contact that will be pulled into your Documents under the Client merge fields.

Additional Information:

It is possible to show a Contact's name in Documents by adding a "Booking" Custom Field with the Field Type 'Contact'. See this article for more information.
