Is there a way I can see what the client can see?
Answer:
When viewing a Document with a signature, it will automatically show 'Vendor Signature' information, as you are logged into Event Temple as a User. If you'd like to see different Forms & Documents as a Client, rather than a Vendor, use Incognito Mode which will hide the cookies from your web browser.
If you are having issues with Event Temple loading or displaying correctly, it may be related to the browser that you are using. Use Incognito mode or Private Browsing to view the web pages uninhibited by Browser settings. This is helpful to determine if the issue is local to your Browser, or something wider spread.

Additional Information:
To avoid Browser related issues, please ensure that you clear your Browser's cache on a regular basis (once every few months should be fine.) Instructions on doing can be found here!
