How can I know if a BEO is linked to an Event?

In Event Temple, you can tell if a BEO (Banquet Event Order) ois linked to an Event by checking the following areas:

Updated today

🔍 1. From the Documents Tab (within a Booking)

  1. Go to the BookingDocuments tab.

  2. Each document (BEO, Banquet Check, Contract, etc.) will show a column labeled Event ID and Primary Event. (Add the column if it's not there)

  3. If the document is linked to an event, you’ll see:

    • An Event ID (e.g., EV-00209).

    • The Event Name (e.g., Breakfast, Meeting).

If the Event ID and name are listed — the BEO or Banquet Check is linked to that Event.
If those fields are blank — the document is not linked to any event.

🗂️ 2. From the Event Page

  1. Go to the EventDocuments tab.

  2. You’ll see all BEOs or Banquet Checks tied specifically to that event.

💡 Tip

When creating a BEO or Banquet Check, always ensure you select the correct Event from the dropdown during creation. That’s what creates the link between the document and the event.
