Why Isn't My Information Appearing on the BEO?
When working with banquet event orders (BEOs) in Event Temple, it's essential to ensure that all relevant information is properly displayed. If you find that some or all of your information is not appearing on the BEO, this issue is likely due to the event not being linked.
The Core Issue: Unlinked Events
Information associated with an event will not appear on the BEO unless the event has been properly linked. Linking the event creates the necessary connection for the system to populate your information into the BEO. Without this connection, the BEO remains incomplete or lacks the specific details you're expecting.
Solution: Ensure the Event is Linked
To resolve this issue and ensure that all your information appears correctly on the BEO:
Verify Event Linking:
Double-check that your event has been correctly linked in the system.
If the event is not linked, use the event linking feature in Event Temple to associate it properly.
Refresh and Test:
Once the event is linked, refresh the system or re-open the BEO to confirm that the information has populated correctly.
Following these steps should resolve the issue, allowing your information to appear seamlessly on the BEO. If the problem persists, reach out to Event Temple support for further assistance.
