How the Room Block Document Element applies to you
This element represents the lodging needed/used by a group.
Once you have added the Room block Element to a Document, you can customize it by double-clicking or clicking the edit icon.
Display Options

In the Edit feature you'll find the following options;
Top & Bottom Margin, Font, as well as Display Options & Component Names.
Include Subtotals and Grand Total will give subtotals and Totals by Day and a Grand Total for the Group Block.
Include the Following Reservation Values gives you the power to select whether to show Blocked, Pickup and Rate
List Reservations vertically by date
If this option is selected, the dates will be listed vertically, in rows. Selecting this option will allow you the option to select which Occupancy Column to display on your Document.
If a row has no rooms blocked or picked up rooms, it will be hidden from your Document Template.
If this option is not checked, the dates will be listed horizontally, in columns:
Component Name & Optional Label give you the ability to customize the name of specific headers
