Yes, you can!

  1. On the left-hand side, click on Settings

  2. Select Tools

  3. Select Intake Forms

  4. Hover over the Name of the Intake Form & Click Edit

  5. On the Fields sub-tab, Click on the Edit icon on the element you wish to make 'required'

  6. Select the checkbox for 'required'

  7. Click Save

  8. Ensure to Save the Intake Form
