On the left-hand side, click on Settings
Select Tools
Select Intake Forms
Hover over the Name of the Intake Form & Click Edit
On the Fields sub-tab, Click on the Edit icon on the element you wish to make 'required'
Select the checkbox for 'required'
Click Save
Ensure to Save the Intake Form
