Stay on top of every inquiry with Event Temple’s new Inquiry Inbox. Bring inquiries from all your channels together in one centralized location, making it easier for your team to manage, organize, and respond to incoming requests.
The Inquiry Inbox also introduces Email Forwarding with AI-powered parsing, helping automatically turn forwarded emails into actionable inquiries so less time is spent manually entering information and more time can be spent responding to clients.
You can enable the Inquiry Inbox by navigating to Settings > Channels > Inbox.
Once enabled, your Inquiry Inbox can collect inquiries from multiple channels, including email forwarding, intake forms, and the Booking Engine, bringing them together in one centralized location for easier management and follow-up.
If the Inbox feature in turned off, email forwarding is not available.
AI Writing Assist

Available throughout text editors across Event Temple, AI Writing Assist can generate, rewrite, and refine content to help you communicate clearly and professionally while saving you time.
AI Credit System
Keep track of how your organization is using AI with the new AI Credit System. You can view your current plan’s AI credit allowance and see how those credits are being used across different AI-powered actions within your organization.
This gives you greater visibility into your AI usage, helping you understand where credits are being spent and make the most of the AI tools available in Event Temple.
AI Credit Allowance & Usage
To help you keep track of your AI usage, Event Temple provides each organization with a monthly allocation of AI credits.
Monthly Credit Allowance
100 AI credits per month — Every organization receives 100 AI credits each month.
Monthly reset — Your credit allowance resets automatically on the 1st of each month.
No rollover — Unused credits do not carry over from one month to the next, so your allowance starts fresh each month.
How AI Credits Are Used
Different AI-powered actions use different amounts of credits based on the type of action being performed:
AI Email Parsing: Approximately 1–2 credits per email
AI Writing Assist: Approximately 0.1–0.5 credits per prompt
Credit usage may vary depending on the complexity of the AI action, but these estimates provide a general idea of how your monthly allowance is consumed.
You can check your AI Usage by going to Settings > Subscription.
AI parsing means using AI to automatically read and understand the information in an email, then extract the relevant details and turn them into a structured inquiry in Event Temple.
