Event Temple allows you to customize the fonts and formatting used in your Document Templates. You can change the font family, font size, colour, and other formatting depending on the document element you are editing.
Change the Default Font for a Document Template
To apply a font across a Document Template:
Go to Settings → Templates & Files → Document Templates.
Select the Document Template you want to edit.
Open the template in the editor.
Select the Styles tab on the right-hand side.
Under Font Family, select your preferred font.
Adjust the Colour or other available style settings as needed.
The font and colour settings in the Styles tab apply globally to the template.

Change the Font or Font Size for Specific Text
You can also change formatting within individual Text Box elements.
Open the Document in Edit Mode.
Double-click inside the Text Box you want to edit.
Use the formatting toolbar to select the font family, font size, bold, italic, underline, alignment, and other available options.
To apply a font change to all text within the Text Box, select the text first using Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac).
Click Apply, then Save the document.
Font changes made within a Text Box only affect that specific text or element.
Change the Font Size of Other Document Elements
Some Document Elements have their own formatting options.
Open the Document from the Booking → Documents tab.
Open the document and click Edit if necessary.
Select the element you want to modify, such as a Room Block, Menu List, Event, or Space.
Open the element's settings or Styles panel.
If a Font Size option is available, select your preferred size.
Click Apply, then Save.
Use Preview to confirm how the changes appear in the final document.
The formatting options available depend on the type of Document Element.
Note: Some elements, including certain system-generated elements such as Menu Items, Events, Spaces, and Room Blocks, have more limited formatting options than Text Boxes.
Additional Information
If you want font and formatting changes to apply to documents created in the future, make the changes directly within the Document Template rather than only editing an individual document. There is currently no way to bulk-change the font across all existing Document Templates. Each template must be updated individually.
You can copy and paste formatted text into Text Box elements. This can be useful when you need to maintain specific font styling or branding.
However, formatting options may be limited when working with system-generated Document Elements.
