Symptoms
Bookings do not sync immediately after connecting Opera.
Some bookings sync after a refresh, others fail.
The issue is caused by Opera status codes without default reservation types.
Solution
Refresh the Opera sync in Intercom.
Confirm that every status code in Opera has a default reservation type assigned.
If bookings still fail, contact your property to check that rate codes and status code flows are correctly configured.
