How to Export Deposit Information for All Events

You can export invoice and deposit data from Event Temple to review payment details across all bookings. Follow the steps below to export your deposit information efficiently.

🪜 Steps to Export Deposit Information

  1. Go to the Invoices Page

    • Navigate to Bookings → Invoices in the left-hand menu.

    • This section lists all invoices across your organization, including deposits and final invoices.

  2. Apply Filters (Optional)

    • Use the Add Filter option to narrow down the view.

    • Common filters include:

      • Invoice Type → “Prepayment” or “Deposit”

      • Invoice Stage → “Draft,” “Sent,” or “Paid”

      • Date Range → select issue or due dates to focus on specific periods.

  3. View Deposit Details

    • Each deposit invoice displays:

      • The invoice number (e.g., INV-00025)

      • The booking name

      • The billed contact

      • The total amount and amount paid

  4. Export Your Results

    • Click the Export button (spreadsheet icon) near the top-right of the table.

    • Event Temple will generate a .CSV file containing all invoice data currently displayed on your screen.

    • The export includes columns for Invoice Number, Type, Booking, Amount Due, Total, Paid, and Dates.

  5. Open and Review the File

    • Open the downloaded .CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets.

    • Sort or filter by the Invoice Type or Invoice Stage columns to isolate deposits.


🧭 Tips

  • To export only deposit (prepayment) invoices, make sure to set the Invoice Type = Prepayment filter before e

    xporting.

  • You can re-export anytime after updating filters to capture the latest data.
