ET Labs gives you early access to system features that are currently works in progress. These experimental tools are developed based directly on customer feedback, and testing them helps us refine and improve features before they are widely adopted across the platform.
Please Note: Because these features are under active development, they may change, experience occasional bugs, or be updated frequently without notice.
How to Enable or Disable ET Labs Features
You can turn experimental features on or off at any time without needing to contact Customer Success:
Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Go to Personal Settings > User Profile.
Select ET Labs from the left-hand panel within your profile settings.
Toggle any available test features On or Off.
Changes made in ET Labs apply only to your individual user profile and will not affect other users within your Property.
