ET Labs has system features that are works in progress.
They might change, break, or never be released, but they are created based on customer feedback and need to be tested before they are adopted.
You can turn these features off and on yourself, without having to contact Customer Success.
Go to Settings.
Click on Personal Settings > User Profile.
You can now turn offered test features off and on in your User profile. This will only affect your profile and not the other Users in your Property.
