With Event Templates, you can:

  • Ensure an event type is always built correctly

  • Expedite quoting with cost estimates built-in

Here's how they work.

Where to Manage Event Templates

Event Templates are managed from your Organization's Offerings in Settings.

From here you are able to create, edit and delete your templates.

Editing or deleting an existing template will not impact any events created from that template.

Event Templates are unique to a specific organization in Event Temple. If you have access to multiple organizations the templates will be unique to each one.

Creating an Event Template

In Event Template, here are the list of things that can be added:

  • Template Name (required)

  • Event Type (required)

  • Event Name

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Setup Style

  • Average Food Check

  • Notes

  • Menu Items

Creating an Event from an Event Template

In Event Temple there are 2 ways to create events: multiple at once, or individually one at a time. Both ways support templates:

Select the template that you will to use or create a new line item.

As you specify the attendees for an event, the event's Estimated Food & Beverage cost will auto-calculate:
