Answer:

Custom Field Picklist options and other personalised questions for Intake Forms are pulled from Custom Fields. If you would like to edit the options available in the Picklist dropdown you can do this in Settings.

  1. Open Settings

  2. Choose Fields

  3. Select Custom Fields

  4. Find the Custom Field the question relates to (For Intake Forms, It can only be under Contact, Account or Booking)

  5. Click the pencil icon to edit

  6. You can now edit/add/delete options in the Picklist.

  7. Click Apply

Please note: that the Referral Source and Booking Type Picklists are part of Set Up Values. For more information on Set Up Values and how to edit them please click the button below.
