At this time, we do not have a specific feature for creating a rooming list within our platform. This is because the confirmation of group details is usually done directly from the Property Management System (PMS) that you are using.
But don't worry, we have a solution for you! You can still create a rooming list for your group bookings by using our Document Template feature. This way, you can easily send the rooming list to your customers and have them fill it out and submit it back to you.
Using certain Document Elements will allow your customers to enter information as required, these Elements are:
Input Text (Single)
Input Text (Multi)
Picklist
Checklist

Please Note: When customers enter information into an Event Temple document and submit it, this information will not automatically appear anywhere in Event Temple outside of the Document and will still need to be manually entered into the appropriate spots if applicable.
