When a Booking Status is changed to Lost, Event Temple does not automatically adjust the Stage of the Booking.
Options to Record the Stage
Archive the Booking:
Archiving preserves the Booking in its current Stage.
Manual Recording:
If you change the Stage after marking the Booking as Lost, record the Stage in a Custom Field or in the Notes tab to reference later.
Recording the Stage ensures you can track at which point a lead was lost for reporting or analysis purposes.
