Answer:

Tracking payments that an Account has made towards their Bookings can be done from within the Account. Customizing the columns on the Booking tab will allow you to add a column for Amount Paid.

  1. Click on the Account you would like to view payments for

  2. Click on the Bookings tab

  3. Click on the Columns button (above the table on the right hand side)

  4. Search for the Amount Paid option in the Unused Columns section and drag it over to the Columns in Use section

  5. Click Apply
