Environment:

  • Event Temple Web App

Answer:

The first step will be to update the Booking Date to the new arrival & departure date.

You can change a Booking date from the Booking Summary page:

  1. Click on the Booking Date

  2. Make the required change

  3. Click Save

From the Booking Summary Page:

  1. Go to the Groups section

  2. Click Add Group

  3. Fill out the respective fields for the group

  4. Select Add/Edit Room Rates

  5. Select +Add Room Type

  6. Select the Room Type

  7. Enter the Room Rate

  8. Repeat steps 2-4 for any other Room Types

  9. Click Okay

  10. Enter the number of Blocked rooms for each Room type, on each day

  11. Save the Group
