Sync Parameters
Calendar: Select which external calendar to sync (one per user)
Link With: Currently limited to Bookings
Filters: Choose Booking statuses to sync
Included Fields: Select which Booking fields appear externally
Calendar Sync is not limited to bookings created by or assigned to the user who linked the calendar. Any future bookings that match the selected sync filters will sync to the external calendar, regardless of who created or is assigned to them. Synced entries will appear with a green checkmark on the Booking Calendar.
Note: This differs from Event Temple’s internal calendar views, where visibility can be affected by calendar filters and user access.
Bookings resync when you: change Booking Name, Start/End Date, Status, modify recurring bookings, or update Events.
Important Notes
Only future Bookings sync; past ones won’t appear. Calendar Sync sends bookings based on the selected sync filters, not based on the booking creator or assignee.
Changes in external calendars don’t sync back
Each user can only sync one calendar per Organization
Avoid linking the same shared calendar across multiple accounts
For troubleshooting calendar issues, first trying disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
In some cases a password reset could also help
🔐 Event Temple uses Cronofy to power calendar integrations.
