Procedure:

Documents can only be shared from a Booking. To share a Document with an Account or Contact, either create a New Booking, or choose an Existing Booking to send a Document from.

To share a Document, such as a contract that may not have an associated Booking, a 'fake' Booking can be made, linking the relevant Account.

The following actions can be taken from the Document edit screen:

  1. From the edit screen select Share

  2. Compose the message and subject as desired

  3. When ready, click Send at the bottom of the email box
