When adding or editing a Group, use the copy icon next to the room type name to set a default number of rooms (e.g., 10 queen rooms and 5 king rooms) that will automatically reserve those rooms per night for the entire duration of the group stay, or selected nights if needed.

If specific nights require changes, you can easily modify the room blocks as needed without starting from scratch.
